xx399 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on xx399. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. xx399 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the minimum age, xx399 will suspend the account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, void any bets placed, and report the matter in accordance with its internal policies. xx399 does not accept bets from or provide services to persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.

xx399 is operated for the Bangladesh market. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of xx399 complies with any laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. xx399 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. If you are unsure whether online betting is permitted in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account, including your legal name, date of birth, address, and phone number. You are required to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may register only one account on xx399. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xx399 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances held, including bonus funds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx399 login credentials, including your phone number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. xx399 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify xx399 support immediately.

xx399 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 4 hours during standard Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours. xx399 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. xx399 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document. Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes for KYC-verified accounts using mobile wallets. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. xx399 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

All transactions are denominated in BDT. Players are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate before confirming a transaction. xx399 is not liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect payment details submitted by the player. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, contact xx399 support as soon as possible with full transaction details.

All bonuses issued by xx399 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page before you claim the offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Welcome bonuses are available only to new players who have not previously held an xx399 account. Players who have self-excluded or who have been subject to account closure may not be eligible for bonus offers. xx399 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

xx399 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it identifies or reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk or hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in promotion terms. xx399's determination of bonus abuse is final.

All bets are final once confirmed. xx399 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at odds that were clearly set in error due to a technical fault or human error. Winnings on voided bets will not be paid. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event or game. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, xx399's decision is final.

In the event of a platform malfunction, server failure, or communications disruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet or game round, xx399 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. xx399 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Players must not engage in any form of fraud, including using stolen payment credentials, manipulating game outcomes, colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, or exploiting software vulnerabilities. Any attempt to defraud xx399 or its players will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities.

xx399 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies. Using the xx399 platform for the purposes of money laundering, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence. xx399 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all AML matters. Suspicious transactions will be reported as required by applicable law.

xx399 may suspend or restrict an account where: (a) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; (b) the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) the player is found to be under 21 years of age; (d) the player has requested a self-exclusion period; or (e) xx399 is required to do so by law or regulatory requirement. During a suspension, the player's access to their account and the ability to place bets or make withdrawals will be restricted.

Players may request the closure of their xx399 account at any time by contacting xx399 support. Upon closure, any outstanding verified balance ( net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon application to xx399 support, subject to xx399's standard verification procedures.
